We will review the email and get back to you as soon as possible. Once we receive your item back at our warehouse refunds should take no-longer than 7-10 days. To prevent any delays in processing your return: in order for us to accept your return, ensure your UNIQBROW glasses are unscratched, unwashed and everything is like new. Any items received in an unsuitable condition could be refused. Please ensure they're packed properly and we suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage. If you are based in the US or Spain we will pay for return shipping costs.
Orders in Spain: Delivered with Correos Express in 24-72 hours after order.

Our lenses are manufactured with the most advanced AntiScratch treatment technology which provides the lens surface with a layer of protective film and improves its resistance to heat, humidity, knocks, and scratches. Its oil-resistant overlay provides softness and makes it harder for any dirt to stick, while also guaranteeing resistance to water, oil, and perspiration stains, which can be cleaned easily without leaving any marks.

Our glasses are made according to the highest quality standards, and our goal is to keep all our clients happy. Nevertheless, your glasses are covered by a limited warranty, applicable to any manufacturing defect.
The warranty is good for 24 months from the date of purchase. After this warranty expires, repairs will be subject to a service charge.
Warranty Does not include:
Defects or damage caused by unjustified repairs or modifications.
Save your order confirmation email, which is your warranty.
Defects or damage caused by inappropriate use, lack of care (impact, broken crystal etc.) or accidents.
Aesthetic modifications, defects or damage due to normal use, wear and aging.
For any damage covered by the warranty, the customer must send the product to UNIQBROW (Customers are responsible for return shipping charges). Once we have received and repaired or replaced the item, UNQIBROW will send the glasses back free of charge.
